1ST: Go to crawling hands (full inv. food) [a weapon]
2ND: sign on to the chatbox
3RD:Attack a crawling hand & talk in the chatbox.
MAKE SHURE TO CHECK ON YOUR CHAR!
(This guide/suggestion) is what i do, so i dont get bored & train at the same time.
